Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unused products within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any product that is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due manufacturer error will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@caporiginals.com within 14 days of purchase. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If your return is approved, we will process your refund in the original form of payment within 8-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
